My daughter got this for her first year at college. She loves the pink color and said it was easy to set up and will be perfect for school. Does not have a touch screen but that wasn’t an issue for her Would recommend!
Bought this for school purposes. So far so good. Absolutely love that it is so light weight so easy to take along places! Definitely has good speed and battery life so far. Very pleased with this purchase. Wish it was touch screen but it’s fine for what I’m using it for.
The laptop is fast and seems to work very well. My only complaint is that it came loaded with Windows 11 S. What this does is make it so you can"t load any apps on the computer that aren"t in Microsoft"s Store. Just another power grab on the part of Microsoft. You are supposed to be able to go to System-->Activation and go to the Microsoft store to get out of "S" mode, but it didn"t work for me. After much research I came across a suggestion to "Reset" the laptop. I did this (it takes a very long time) and when it was reset I could go to the Microsoft Store to get out of "S" mode, and this time it worked.

Just bought this for my dear daughter, and it"s like the Cinderella of affordable tech. Affordable: A real budget-friendly buddy. The 14" screen is the perfect size not too big, not too small. Its Not a powerhouse; Don"t expect it to turn pumpkins into carriages, but it manages daily tasks well. Clean, simple,This laptop gets the job done without breaking the glass slipper budget.
I’m extremely happy with my laptop. I have but it doesn’t support Windows 11. So after looking around I found this great laptop. My only “but” is that doesn’t have a touchscreen ( my other have it) . Besides that tiny detail , I highly recommend it .
Right out of the box it took 2 hrs to update just to start it up. This laptop is slower than death. Mouse clicker kept getting stuck. Biggest frustration is Microsoft’s latest attempt at not allowing me to download chrome. You need to deactivate “S” mode in order to use a chrome browser and it kept telling me error try again later. My 10yr old laptop that I threw out a window, ran over with my car and used as target practice performs better than this cutting board disguised as a laptop.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

I bought two of these laptops back in 2021 and one of them just stopped working a couple of months ago out of nowhere and I wasn’t even using it. There is an error message ever since I opened it that says “Boot Device Not Found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk”. The laptop was already slow to begin with which is why I barely used it. If I had known I never would have purchased them. What a waste of money.
I love the dusty rose/ pink colour for the laptop, and overall I am very happy with my purchase especially since I got such a great price, and it came with one year Microsoft 365 to test out!
My only negative feedback is that I do find it slow and lags a bit, but it’s not an expensive laptop and the processor is slower, so it’s to be expected. Still in hindsight I wish I’d spent a bit more money and purchased a faster product.
